Terms of use

The rules for using FEYYYO Studio, in plain English. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Who we are

FEYYYO Studio is run by Tobin Coles, trading as FEYYYO, of 91a Moorland Road, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, BS23 4HS, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can contact us at tobinmc.music@gmail.com. These terms apply to the Studio (the sign-in area and the tools in it). They don't cover the rest of this website, which is just information about the music.

What you get

Studio gives you access to browser-based music tools (currently Acid Sequencer and Visions) while your access is active. Access is personal to you. It comes from one of three routes:

  • Monthly: a subscription that renews every month until you cancel.
  • Lifetime: a one-off payment for access for as long as the Studio is operated (see below).
  • Invite: free access given by us to collaborators and early supporters. We can end an invite at any time.

"Lifetime" means the life of the Studio

Lifetime access lasts for as long as we run the Studio, not for your lifetime. It includes updates and the new tools we add to the Studio. If we ever decide to close the Studio, we'll tell you at least 90 days beforehand by email and give you time to export anything you've made.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email to you. You're responsible for keeping your email account secure, and for what happens under your account. Please don't share your access with other people or let others use your sign-in. We may limit or suspend accounts that look shared or abused.

What you make is yours

The music, audio and MIDI you create with the tools belong to you. You can use them in your own releases, commercial or otherwise, without crediting us or paying anything further. The tools themselves (the software, design and sounds that make them up) remain ours, and you may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute them.

Using the tools

  • The tools run in your browser. We recommend desktop Chrome, Edge or Brave. We can't promise they'll work on every device or browser.
  • Don't attempt to bypass the sign-in, scrape the tools, or put extra load on the service.
  • We keep improving the tools, which means features can change. We won't remove the core purpose of a tool you've paid for without good reason.

Payments, renewals and cancelling

Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the Studio page at the time you buy. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time with Manage billing on your Studio dashboard. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. See our refund policy for refunds.

If we change a price, the new price only applies to monthly subscribers from their next renewal after we've told you, and never to anything you've already paid for.

Availability and our responsibility

We aim to keep the Studio running, but it's a small independent service, so we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We take reasonable care, and nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law, or our liability for anything the law doesn't allow us to limit (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Subject to that, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost work or indirect losses, and our total liability to you for anything connected to the Studio is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose. Please keep your own backups of anything important that you make.

Ending access

You can stop using the Studio at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or abuse the service, and if we do that for a paying customer for any reason other than breach, we'll refund the unused part of what you paid.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you or put a notice in the Studio before it starts. Continuing to use the Studio after that means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live in the UK.
